He works closely with landowners, media partners and suppliers to identify, develop and deliver premium outdoor advertising infrastructure across the market. His role focuses on sourcing new opportunities, structuring commercial agreements and supporting long-term value creation across the portfolio.

Mitch played a key role in the acquisition of Total Outdoor Media, a Victorian-based operator with more than 40 locations, marking a significant step in establishing a scalable platform for future growth.
