Noel is responsible for leading Wildstone's business across Australia and the wider Asia Pacific region, focused on growing the company's presence through the acquisition and development of premium classic and digital out-of-home assets. He works closely with media operators and property owners to structure long-term partnerships that support the continued expansion of Wildstone's portfolio in the region.

With more than three decades in the sector, Noel brings experience across every OOH format, including large-format roadside, transit, retail and street furniture, and has been involved in more than 30 outdoor advertising M&A transactions over his career. He is a co-founder of oOh!media and its former Chief Commercial and Operations Officer, where he helped scale the business from a family-owned operator into an ASX 200 company through its large-format digital transition and a sustained acquisition programme. He has also served on the board of the Outdoor Media Association.

Noel established Wildstone's Australian operation in February 2024 and is responsible for building the local team and developing the company's pipeline of opportunities in the market.
