She plays a key role in executing acquisition opportunities and supporting capital deployment decisions, working closely with the Commercial team and Group leadership to expand the asset portfolio and shape investment strategy.

Zaneta leads initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, scalability and governance, including process optimisation and alignment with Wildstone’s global operating model. She has been closely involved in business transformation programmes supporting the rapid growth of Wildstone Australia, helping to embed systems, reporting frameworks and data-driven processes.

Her work has strengthened the scalability and performance of Wildstone’s Australian business, supporting its continued expansion.
